Vocational Ministry
Full-time pastoral & ministry leadership
Military Transitioning to Full-Time Christian Ministry
For service members called to full-time Christian ministry, M2M delivers a fully funded 18–24 month pathway culminating in a Master’s or Doctorate in Christian Leadership. Through rigorous assessment, advanced training, intentional discipleship, and real-world ministry placement, participants are prepared to lead with courage, conviction, and competence.
Alpha Pathway

Bi-Vocational Ministry
Dual calling to ministry & marketplace leadership
Military Transitioning to Part-Time / Volunteer Christian Ministry
For service members called to serve in Christian ministry while remaining in the marketplace or active service, M2M offers a fully funded, application-based pathway lasting 6–36 months. Participants pursue accelerated education that encompasses Joint Service Transcripts and employment experience to earn a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Graduate Certificate in Christian Ministry through a structured process of assessment, formation, discipleship, and ministry engagement.

Marketplace Ministry
Gospel-centered leadership in business, public life, or entrepreneurship
Military Transitioning to Marketplace Christian Ministry
For service members entering the marketplace, M2M offers a 3-6 month pathway to prepare for the marketplace as missional ministry. Open registration and free to all Active Duty, Reserve, Guard, and Veterans, this program awards an M2M Certificate in Christian Leadership and establishes meaningful connections with prior service Christian mentors and faith-based marketplace organizations.
