Each year, more than 200,000 service members leave the U.S. military with proven leadership experience, deep character formation, and a strong sense of calling. At the same time, churches, ministries, and Christian businesses face a growing leadership and resilience shortfall.

Until now, no clear transition pathway existed to help qualified military leaders discern, prepare for, and enter Christ-centered ministry. Military to Ministry exists to close that gap faithfully, strategically, and at scale.
